Notice to Bidders: School Busses and Vans

The Ohio Schools Council (OSC), Trumbull County Educational Service Center and Unified Purchasing Cooperative (UPC) would like to inform you and your company that specifications for school buses (conventional, transit, Type A, lift and non-lift, 35 passenger to 84 passenger capacity) and vans (9 passenger capacity) for forty-three (40) or more school districts and board of developmental disabilities are now available.

Instructions to bidders and specifications are linked below and are on file and may be obtained at the office of the Ohio Schools Council, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., #377, Independence, Ohio 44131, (216) 447-3100 ext. 6101. The Specification fee has been waived this year in lieu of an Administrative Fee.

Please note: There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting for Van Vendors on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. EST at OSC office, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Independence, Ohio 44131 in Conference Room 338. There will NOT be a Bus Vendor Pre-Bid Meeting.

Your bids are due Thursday, April 11, 2019, 10:00 a.m. EST.
