Notice to Bidders

Specifications for the supplying of Milk, Bakery, Ice Cream for two regions only, Dishwashing, Cafeteria Paper Products and Ohio grown fruit and vegetables for more than seventy (70) school districts in the Ohio Schools Council (OSC) are now available to interested vendors.  Copies of said specifications must be secured from the Ohio Schools Council, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., #377, Independence, Ohio 44131, (216) 447-3100 ext. 6103.

Vendors wishing to submit quotations on the above specifications shall do so electronically by 11:00 a.m.  EST on Tuesday, April 10, 2018.  A public opening will take place on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the offices of the Ohio Schools Council, 6393 Oak Tree Blvd., Third Floor, Independence, Ohio  44131.

The Cooperative Purchasing Program of the Ohio Schools Council is a voluntary organization of school districts, municipalities and other non-profit organizations.  The Council functions under its own stated procedures and general conditions for securing competitive quotations on products to be purchased by its members.
