Ohio Schools Council and its partner, FindingLeaders, provide school districts with a process to assist in the search and employment of outstanding school leaders. FindingLeaders is dedicated to helping school districts find and retain outstanding candidates for important leadership positions.

- determines the qualities and expectations to engage various segments of the organization and environment.
- conducts a search and advertises in Ohio and the nation using established networks and personal contacts
- paper screens and interviews candidates
- presents finalists to the organization
- trains interviewers for finalist sessions
