Cooperative Purchasing
The Cooperative Purchasing Program was created in 1971 under the auspices of the Greater Cleveland School Superintendents Association (GCSSA). The Council took over the program in 1987. Since 1987, the program has grown in membership, committed values and product selection.
Currently, one hundred forty-six (146) members participate in the program (please go to Program Members page).
